Iran launches rocket into space

TEHRAN, Iran (CNN) -- Iran fired a rocket from its newly inaugurated space center Monday, laying the groundwork for what it says will be the future launch of its first domestically produced satellite, the semi-official FARS news agency reported.

I can't wait for the angry propaganda press release w/r/t their orbital intentions.

Are there space infidels?

What'd be really cool is if they just started firing rockets straight out away from earth w/no targeting whatsoever b/c the rocket will just keep going until it finds the black heart of its intended target.
